Workshops with Carol Welsman in June 2003,
Sheila Jordan in 2004, and experiencing Dee Daniels
in her performances greatly inspired Flo.
Flo was thrilled to soak up every ounce of music during the
25th anniversary of the International Jazz Festival 2004
in her hometown of Montreal, Quebec!
Then off to the International Association for Jazz Educators (IAJE)
Conference and Convention in Long Beach, California
in 2005 and later that year performed as part
of
the 2005 Calgary International Jazz and C-Jazz Festivals.
2006 has brought an abundance of performing opportunities,
and also a trip to New York and the incomparable
Blue Note Jazz Club!
